WASH Program
Yemen faces a severe water crisis, with limited access to clean water sources. ORD contributes to families have access to safe drinking water, protecting them from waterborne diseases and saving many lives by providing clean water, rehabilitating water sources, and promoting hygiene.
Access to clean water
Through this project, ORD works to distribute drinking water and rehabilitate water sources for vulnerable communities and those affected by crises, which ensures increased access to clean water, reduces water-borne diseases, and enhances community health in general.
Hygiene Promotion
ORD empowers individuals and communities to adopt and maintain hygienic behaviors by distribution hygiene tools, and conducts hygiene promotion campaigns and educational programs to raise awareness about the importance of good hygiene practices, Which reduces the spread of diseases in affected communities.
